 note = {The University of Electro-Communications has many courses in Telecommunication Engineering experiments. Many of the departments have similar experiment classes for 3rd-year students, which include analog circuit, transistor, op-amp, and so on. 
  The purposes of this research are reveal the relationship of circuit experiments, and chronicle the origin of those. Most electric circuit experiments have one origin of basic circuit experiment from 1963 or before. After 1988, developed electric circuit experiments class have been open in the departments, and it still retain some remnants of former one now. And in several department curricula, all qualified academic credit on electric circuit experiments, electric and magnetic measuring, and radio experiment laboratory are required for radio operator and telecommunications engineer qualifications. The UEC inherits those spirit from the old experiments.},
