Moreover, the acquired knowledge and technique should be used for solving social and everyday life problems. For utilizing the acquired knowledge and technique effectively, problem-solving process should be learned in school education, which is better to learn as early as possible. In order to develop problem-solving ability, this paper proposes the method for setting a purpose as well as the process for solving problems on the basis of the data and consideration gotten by analyzing the conventional studies concerning the various fields including quality management.\nIn regards to the method for setting a purpose, this paper focuses on “satisfaction of human and society”as a universal purpose.
