However, due to a lot of simulation time for ahuge amount of cells, it often happen that only simplified models of selectedvisual “functions” have been dealt with. So, in order to speed up the simu-lation, in this study we attempt to parallelize the program and perform it ona GPU-accelerated PC cluster. We show a performance comparison betweenNVDIA C1060 and C2070, which are difference in their architecture, in a caseof performing the core operations required in the simulation.
